Our ability to think and learn is responsible for everything we do in life. Unfortunately, your thinking can be affected by a vast range of cognitive biases, and the way you were taught in school (and likely continue to learn today) is many times more inefficient than the best methods available.

This life area includes improving how our minds work (including nootropics and avoiding biases), utilizing mental models and frameworks to think and strategize better, and improving learning and memory.
