How do I reset my Sleek account password?

If you find yourself unable to sign in to your Sleek account because you have forgotten your password, you can get a reset link sent to your email address. From there, you can create a new password to get access to your account once again.

To reset your password:

  1. Open sleekemail.com
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Click Forgot Password
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account & click submit
  5. You will get an email from support@sleekemail.com with further instructions
  • If your email address exists in our system, you'll receive an email with the link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
  • If you did not receive the email, it is possible that you have entered the wrong email.

How do I change my Sleek account password?

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Go to Change Password
  4. Enter your old password
  5. Enter & re-enter your new password
  6. Click Change Password

How do I change the email I connected to Sleek?

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Go to Change Email
  4. Enter your new email & your password
  5. Click Change

How do I add a new email to Sleek? (For Paid users)

Multiple account access is only available for paid users. If you wish to upgrade, proceed to (Payments and Plan page). If you are already on a paid plan, proceed below:

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Go to Change Email
  4. Enter your new email & your password
  5. Click Change

How do I delete an email I added to Sleek?

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Go to Accounts Settings
  4. Choose which account you would like to delete and click Delete
  5. Confirm deletion

How do I change my name on Sleek?

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Go to Profile Settings
  4. Edit your name
  5. Click Save Changes
