How many plans does Sleek offer?

Sleek currently offers a free plan and one paid plan, the Standard plan, which could either be paid monthly or yearly.

What payment methods does Sleek use?

All payments on Sleek are processed through Stripe integration. When you provide your card information to Sleek, Stripe processes the payment for your chosen plan. For more information about Stripe, click here.

Does Sleek offer a free trial for the Standard plan?

Yes! The free trial for the Standard plan lasts for 14 days. After the duration of the free trial, you will be asked to provide your payment details and confirmation. If there is no confirmation, the plan will automatically downgrade to the free plan.

How do I convert from a monthly plan to an annual plan?

Whenever you change the subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade) before the billing date, any prorated amount (if any) is credited to your Sleek account as Sleek Credits. Also on the Stripe checkout page (for the new plan), Sleek credits will be deducted from the pending amount. You will only need to pay the remaining amount (if any).

  • Sleek credits should be used first for before another payment for any transactions after changing your subscription plan.

What if I want to cancel my plan?

If you want to cancel your current subscription before the billing date, you will be charged for your usage to the current plan and the remaining amount will be credited back to your Sleek account as Sleek credits, you can later use these Sleek credits to purchase a new plan.
